Who we are

This website and the services described on it are provided by Tumos, Goranska 28, Rijeka, Croatia ("Tumos", "we"). You can reach us at andrej@tumosagency.com or +385 99 349 9229.

What we sell

We design and build websites for small and medium businesses, put them live on the client’s own domain, and host and maintain them after launch.

The price of a website is $2,990 (US dollars), paid once. Any other fee is agreed in writing before you pay it. Prices include no taxes your own country may charge you.

How an order works

We build the whole website first and send it to you on a private link. Seeing it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

If you want to keep it, you approve it and pay. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider, Stripe. If you do not want it, you owe us nothing. Payments are final and are not refunded.

After payment we put the approved website live on your domain. You give us access to your domain’s settings, or make the change we send you.

After launch

We host the website and keep it running. Changes you ask for are made, and your own photos replace any stock ones whenever you send them.

You are responsible for the facts you give us about your business (licences, prices, service areas, claims) being true.

Ownership

Once the website is paid for, its design, text and code are yours. Until then they remain ours, and the preview link may be taken down.

Photos, logos and text you send us remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use them.

Liability

We take care to build websites that work and stay online, but we cannot promise that a website will bring any particular number of customers or that hosting will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
