Who is responsible

What we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics, and sets no tracking cookies.

When you email or call us we keep what you send: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your business, so we can answer and build your website.

Our host, Vercel, records technical request data (such as IP address and browser) in short-lived server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why, and for how long

We use your details to talk to you, to build and run your website, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We keep project correspondence for as long as we host your website, and accounting records for as long as Croatian law requires.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Stripe (payments). Both may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to andrej@tumosagency.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP, azop.hr).
